Upgrading with a ton of questions

I'm upgrading from a biocube 14 to a 40 gallon breeder. Here's what i have:
40 gallon breeder tank
20 gallon high tank (sump/refugium)
Stand

Advice as to what to do next would rock. I've been doing a ton of research so heres my plan>

Reef Breeders 120watt Bridgelux Value LED Fixtures
Protein skimmer---so many to chose i have no clue but i'm leaning to--
Coral Vue Reef Octopus Pinwheel In-Sump Skimmer
mag 7 return pump
power heads

all this just to get ready to add water. I already have a RO/DI filter.

So any advice on it all!
