Using different brand bulbs in coralife setup

I found some Mh bulbs online for $25. I am not sure what the brand is and the kelvin is only 4000. I am not planning on any corals or anything at the moment, so would these be ok to use?

The water would have a very yellow look to them IMO. I belive yoru ok as long as you match up the connector with the type that is in your fixture. Oh and the wattage of the bulb must match the wattage of the ballst.

Ok thanks. They did have ones with a higher kelvin, but for now I think the lower will do. The 1 bulb I have left out of three is only 5000 kelvin.
