What would be the best setting for a 55 gallon with some frogspawn, torch, zoas, Duncans and a few digitata's. What do you prefer?

I use reef crest on my 20 and everything seems to enjoy it. I just have the one mp10

Seems like I preferred the yellow mode, whatever that is. Really, every tank is different. Placement of the unit, as well as the corals, rock layout, etc make it hard to say which is best. Just experiment by finding the one that looks best to you, and the corals respond best to.

Just set it to reef crest and my torch seems to love it!

I have mine set on reef crest also in all three of my tanks.
