Been doing this for about 15 years and have never had water chemical problems till recently. Ive been fighting nitrate problems for past 6 months. (40). 210 gallon tank I started doing weekly 30 gallon water changes plus started using Nopox. Contacted Red Sea and they said keep up with daily doses of Nopox and nitrates should level off. Wells of today Nitrates are UP to 80 ,phosphates 5, and ammonia is at 1. Ant thoughts, ideas would be extremely appreciated.

And Im not overfeeding and the tank is not overpopulated

Are you checking the water for your water changes? Some times our municipalities change the formula they use to purify water. Make a batch of SW and then do a water test on that batch. You might be adding esp. the nitrates and ammonia.
