water flow..

How much water flow (numbers) is needed in a 125g reef?.. im about.to start a reef as of now i only have a couple frags... i currently have about 1300gph of flow... is that good or too low?.. thanks

Too low. I have a 90 gallon reef with 2800 gph plus the return and I think I need more flow. I plan on adding 1 more 1400 gph koralia or 2 750 gph koralia. Still not sure which option to go with but you deffinately need atleast 30 times your tank size as a minimum.

Oks thanks... what are some good wave makers i could get that are magnetic im thinkong about using 2?.. one in each side?... so something that would give me over 2000gph?..
