Watts used by PC, MH, and Flourescent fixtures

I was just wondering which of these is the most energy efficient for light output? I know that the MH output the most but do they also use the most power per watt of light ? I have a 130watt PC currently, which seems rather efficient but I don't know how much power it takes to run.

It is going to depend on the ballast. It should have a label on them telling you the power use. MH have electronic ballast which are more efficient and also magnetic ballast which are indestructible but less efficient. If you do a 150 MH it will not be enough change for you to notice a change in your power consumption. All my lights are MH due to the depth of my tank. Someone else will have to help you on the other choices, I do not know enough about them
