kalk = Kalkwasser I use Mrs Wages Pickling Lime.. i would suggest reading as much as you possibly can before even deciding on using Kalk.. If used incorrectly It can have extremely bad side effects.. You can take a tank that has been running great and turn it into an ever long battle just trying to keep you levels in check.. That said Kalk is a very good thing if used correctly..

James

For food I use Blender Mush made up from an assortment of food this batch has
SW zooplankton
Flake Food
frozen Brine
Mysis shrimp
Frozen Krill
freeze dried phytoplankton

I believe thats all that I put in it.. lol Anyways I feed once a day.. Yes I know its a bit much but they are all happy and my levels are still staying in check so it must not be too bad lol I have like 6 fish

HTH,
James
