Alright, I feel bad enough that I didn't research this more before I got him,
I've read that I should place meaty foods near or under it. Just wondering if this sounds right.

What works for you and what do you feed?

TIA

the linka you posted the pic of im guessing?
how olds your tank i think they should me in an established reef type set up and will eat algae but im not shure

Actually, the blue's are omnivores and should be offered meaty items from time to time. They will graze on algae as well as filter the water for food but offer it pieces of shrimp or clams a few times a week.

Yes is the blue linckia I posted a pic of. The tank is 5-6 months old now.
I guess I'm going shopping monday then. As far as clam or crab meat goes, Live from the store is best? I'll prepare it at home. Oyster ok too?

Raw from the store is fine. You could try the oysters. Or scallops, small bits of fish, etc. Try different things and see what he likes. When your buying, just don't buy a ton. When I get my groceries, the seafood counter workers don't even give me weird looks anymore when I ask for two shrimp, two scallops, etc. lol
