What are some reef safe meds

I have a flasher wrasse who has a wound on his side from the rockwork in the tank.. What are some reefsafe meds i can use if needed?? Antibiotics and others.. I know its a fresh wound because it wasnt there last nite at lights out but was there this a.m. Him and the blk leopard wrasse have small differences of opinion at times, but this is the first boo-boo on either...95% is bluffing and posturing..
