What do most people do with their lights?

Im curious to see when most people turn their aquarium lights whether they turn them on during day while they are at work or whatever or if they turn them off during the day and come home and turn them on at night?

On durin the day. It's natural.

On a timer. Lights come on around 9:30 I think and go off at 8. Moonlight is usually on all night unless I manually turn it off for a few hours.
