Best way? I know a few that work. Boil lemon juice and inject it. Joes juice or aiptasia x. If using Aiptasia X make sure to turn power heads off and inject then smother the sucker with the stuff.

Kalk is hydrated lime - used to supplement calcium & alkalinity. Pickling lime is the same & available at many grocers. It can be mixed into a thick slurry and injected into or coated onto aiptasia with a syringe or pipette to kill aiptasia. It works very well for this with no side effect is you use a small enough amount to only coat the aiptasia.
