What kind of light for refugium
Was gonna get a cfl light at 6500k is that good ?

And I've read to run it opposite the schedule
For regular day lights .....also how long to run lights over night ??

6500k should work fine. I run mine from the time my lights on the dt go off until they come on... so about 16 hours I guess.

Would a ecosmart 50 watt soft white cfl be good 380 lumens it's for a 6 inch refugium

I'm at homedepot they have a 5000k one is that not enough ?

I have two xenon lights for under cabinets, is that good? Also what should the light schedule be?

i think that should be fine...as that pump i showed you was i think mid 300's ....plus if I'm not mistaken your skimmer can be adjusted as well
