What kind of vitamins do you feed your fish???

I been hearing that I should give vitamins to my fish. What kind for what fish? I have 3 damsels, 1 trigger, 1 snowflake eel, 1 rock crab. How should I give them to the fish. I plan on starting to make my own fish food. Maybe mix it in with the food?

thanks

Mixing vitamin with your own homemade >>blender mush<< would be the easiest option. Otherwise simpley soaking the foods after thawing and tossing the original water would do. Personally I find Selcon to be the best but you could also use Zoe, Zoecon or Vita-chem.

Cheers
Steve

I use Vita-Chem and Kent Garlic Extreme. I add it to the food they get every other day. Vita-Chem one day and Garlic the next day.

I use a couple of drops of Vitachem when feeding frozen food. I had a lot of luck in my FW days using it so I did not want to change brands.
