What size gph for a 76 half circle aquarium?

I am in the midst of purchasing a 76 half circle aquarium and would like to know how many gph pump I should have from sump to tank. Thanks for your help and info.

I like to have 2-3x turn over in my sump I'd say 200-250 gph after head loss, in side the tank i aim for 50-75x volume
