What to do with this crab

Hi. I have captured a small crab using my own variation on the 'tilted glass' method (so thanks to all those who described that...it was very useful). I'll post a pic later in the Identification section so someone can try to ID it for me. Meanwhile what to do with it? I have it in a large jar of tank water for now. I don't have a sump or refugium. I do have a small tank that I am cultivation rotifers & copepods in. Would it be OK to put it in there or will the crab eat all my rotifers?

Put the jar in the tank so there is some water exchange toi keep it alive till you can post a pic for identification. I'm assuming the crab cannot crawl out of the jar.
