What to feed my babies

In my 40 gal, Fish: Yellow Tang, Flame Angel, Percula Clown
Coral: "Green Eyed" Zoo, Colt, Green Star Polyp (Feeding them DT and Iodine)

In my 120 gal, Mimic Tang, Three strip Damsel and Purple Tang


I feed them white mosquito larvae, red blood worms and Omega One marine flakes.

I need to know what the best thing to feed my fish.

Hang some nori or seaweed salad in for your tangs. They love to graze on it through out the day. You can also try froozen mysis shrimp or krill. Just thaw it in garlic extreme or SW, strain it with RO/DI water and feed. Be careful not to over feed with the froozen. I only feed my tank every three days. I hang nori every other day. If you have filter feeders, try DT'S live plankton. It is great stuff. For a treat every now and again I feed a little of the Red Sea Zooplankton as well.
