What with a snowflake eel?

I really,really want a snowflake eel and most likely are gonna get 1. But what else can i get with him a trigger,lion,leaf fish (type of scorpion fish),clown,damsel,and any other suggestions. I also like the regal tangs. Are those ok with a eel? Since i want a eel will a glass top be ok or will i need some special top? Please keep in mind i dont want to break the bank. Thank You!
