Whats a Coco Damsel?

I went to my lfs today and say a Coco Damsel , it was being sold for 4.99 , it looked nice and was as large as a dwarf angel , if i wasnt told it was a damsel i'd believe it would be a dwarf angel! has any heard of them ? can i keep 1 in a 37 Gallon?
