White Hairs on Glass and in Tank

Hey attached is a picture of what’s in my tank if anyone could help out! I also notice when I turn off the light at night there at small worms (not many) moving around.

What is the stuff on the tank, and are the worms bad…? Its a 30G reef tank cube.

Can't really see. They look like worms a little though. Worms are fantastic cuc members, but if you have a lot, it's from overfeeding.

I got the same thing when I battled GHA when it died it looked like that. Also If you stare at my LR you might see a couple small worms like that crawling around but mine are much smaller
