White light questions LED's

Have a set of aquaillumination led for my 90 gallon. Just wondering how I know when my white lights are too low or too high.. I have the whites at 35 but I have had them as low as 25 and as high as 45. They are suspended about 12" off the water. Any help would be awesome

Thought I would put a few pics of the few corals I have and how they look under my current lighting at 35% whites

Do you have corals? If so when they start to turn white or shrivel up to much if they stretch or turn brown not enough. If you slowly turn them up a lil each week they will adjust. Start new corals low in the tank then slowly move them up.
