wierd things comming from rock

So right now after feeding my fish i saw some clear super small shrimp looking things comming out of the rock to get food. Anyone know wjat they are?... sorry to small to take pic. Also, theres some small white circular things stuck to my glass theor kinda hard and in a whirlpol shape, i believe their fether dusters?.. are they bad?...

nah sound like spirobird worms, normal cycle with the vermicides ya have.

Neither really - if you don't like the look of them on the glass you can scrape them off, but they don't hurt anything. Probably help a bit even, filter feeding excess organics from the water. The small shrimp like guys sound like amphipods, also harmless and some fish will love to catch them for live food.

Ohh ok thank you guys.. i was getting woried since i just added my first corals. I guess ill keeep them for a while and see how they do..
