Will a flameback and mocha clowns duke it out...?

I don't want to start a war in my 40 breeder, and for my last fish would like to add a flameback (they're going for a sharp price of $45 right now around here). I know angels can be somewhat aggressive but am concerned mostly with my clowns...

List so far of fish:

2 mochas
1 tiger goby
1 citron goby
1 royal gramma

I wouldn't put a flameback in a 40. And caution in a reef tank.
