Yellow Polyps and such...

I was looking into getting some yelllow polyps for my aquarium and was wondering what they need to stay healthy in my aquarium. All water parameters are good and I am using a Reef Sun 50/50 light bulb. I want to get something to put on my 30 lbs base rock. Will this work? Also do the need any sumplement or something besides good lighting? Thanks.

Light is their main source of energy. What sixe tank do you have and wwhat is the wattage of your light bulb?

Thanks. I have also been looking into getting a colony polyp and a coral banded shrimp. Any info or experiences w/ either would be great! Which would be better a better beginner polyp/coral is my real #1 question, and has an easier care level. Thanks.
