Zoanthid problems

I have 1 frag of zoanthids that are really giving me problems. are the other frags are doing great. I think maybe to much light?
My set up is a 20 gallon with a 120 watt ocean revive light mount 6 inches above the tank. The light is turned to 10% which is the lowest setting. Anyone have any other ideas?

Relocate or reduce water current.

I didnt even think about the flow thank you. I like heavy flow to prevent stagnant areas. I have 50x flow. I removed one circulation pump and we'll see how that goes. my lfs owner said my water was to clean. Is that even possible?

Zoas like to have some phosphate but not over 0.08
