I have heard that you can grow your own...how is this done? I also heard that cryptic zones are good for zooplankton....I have tons of empty shells, will this suffice? I have gorgonians, mushrooms, leathers, star polyps, a bubble color, zoo's, a capnella, ect...I want to give them the best food I can provide...stuff that I know is alive!

Start up a refugium. If you have LR eventually they will make their way in and multiply safely without predators.
