IMPORTANT NEWS FOR MICHIGAN MEMBERS

The following aquatic plants are currently undergoing (I believe has just been made law) a state-wide banning in Michigan:

"Prohibited aquatic plant species are defined as any of the following:
African oxygen weed (Lagorosiphon major), Brazilian elodea (Elodea/Egeria densa), curly leaf pondweed(Potamogeton crispus), Eurasian watermilfoil, European frogbit, flowering rush, giant salvinia, hydrilla, Japanese knotweed, parrot's feather, purple loosestrife, water chestnut, yellow flag iris, giant hogweed and yellow floating heart."

Lots of commonly available aquarium plants in there....

Iam surprised thay haven't included Cambomba carolinia (unless it is already native). We now have it established in at least one lake here in Ontario.
