Are you looking for the SAE?

This fish seemed like a highly sought after fish in the general freshwater forums so I thought I would detail my find.

Petsmart on southcenter pkwy (near the southcenter mall) has a few (and I believe there were a couple non-SAE mixed in that might be false SAE so look closely).

Midway tropical fish & pet on hwy 99 (take the hwy 516 exit from I-5) has a few as well and they list them as "algae eating shark".
