Unhappy 10 Gallon New Neon Tetra Help

I just got 6 neon tetras added to my cycled planted 10G fish tank two hours ago. I noticed they are opening and closing their mouths really fast. Is this normal? Stress?

Ammonia - 0ppm Nitrite - 0ppm Nitrate - 10-20ppm PH - 6.2
I am attaching a video I took. Like I said I just added them 2 hours ago.

They look fine to me. If they start gasping at the surface then look at water quality issues.

Any difference in activity since you took the video?

Yeah they look fine.... just like my Neons
keep in mind that fish must draw water through their gills and that is what they are doing.
