Ok, just to start off I'm a Betta person but when I saw the sparkling gouramis , wow it caught my eye...and I like it Becuz of it's small size....anyways I was wondering can I put 6 sparkling gouramis and a Betta in a 10gal

No, because six sparkling gouramis is overstocked space-wise and with that many there will definitely be some territorial aggression. If you really like sparkling gouramis, you could do a trio in there and some peaceful, small schoolingfish.
