125 gal tank

Hey guys, i would need help with my 125 gallon tank that I am getting. I have 2 heaters from my other tank(100 watt and 75 watt), could i add a bit more watts to match up to heat the water. I would probably need 350-400 more watts.
Do you think that would work because i never personally saw a 400-500 watt heater. Also, would it work with a cover? And i am expecting to temporarily use my 2 383gph canister filters waiting for the other ones to come. I am expecting putting in it my oscar or 2 12'' oscars. Would that work temporarily(1week-2weeks.)

Logically, I see no reason why this wouldn't work. I would compare it to using several candles to light up a room.

I actually use 3-300w heaters in my 220g tank. You should be able to get one 300w and possibly make it work. The problem with the smaller watt heaters is they can really be stressed trying to keep the water temp up.
