Hey guys... I am in the second phase of my move... Fish are in a 75 with both my established filters... My question is if I set tank up lets say today... And I only run one of my filters now. Fish would not be put in until at least 4 days from now along with other filter. My question is will all my beneficial bacteria survive if I run that filter without the fish for four days?... Thanks in advance!!

No. Your filter (bacteria) eats ammonia. If you do not feed your bacteria for 4 days, most/all of it will die.

Can you keep filters/fish as they are and move all at once?

I kind of figured that... Fish are at my inlaws and work schedule is crazy. Will take a full day to do it all at one time and time is hard to come by these days... Thanks for the response!

Move 1/2 your fish and one filter? Move several of your fish and the smaller filter? Has to be a solution in here somewhere! :D

Good luck!
