Hey guys just wondering what you think is good for decor in a 20 gal long

I was thinking plastic plants of different greens and one small sunken ship with black gravel,

Is a black background to much black. If so does blue go ok with that combo

I'm also thinking of putting in a few red plants aswell

Asking a question like this is similar to me asking you for advice on what color to pick as my favorite.

Everyone will have their personal thoughts as to what type of tank they like. Me personally, I wouldn't bother doing a tank without live plants and would never use fake decorations. But that's just me. As long as you line how the tank looks what does it matter what decor you have! :)

As for general tank things I would suggest a black background and a sand substrate. The sand will make the tank easy to clean while the background will make all the colors in the tank pop.

Thanks mebbid I heard that gravel was better though. Was I lead to believe something false or is it's just personal choice
