This tank is my baby. On the edge stockwise- I know. It's 4 in the morning and I'm in the midst of a 60% water change (letting the final 30%'s temperature raise up before adding). Just noticed that the water is so muggy and I don't know why because I did a 30% change 2 days ago. There's twelve fish equaling 20" (I know this is a very general rule, just giving ya'll an idea). The way I do my water changes I vacuum while removing the CO2, and boy the water is filthy, it even has a a foul odor to it! Is this normal? Could I possibly be overfeeding? Since these fish are mostly juveniles they get fed 2-3x daily. There's a 30 Whisper (I know they suck I was uneducated when first got it) HOB and a lil bubble bar. Should I add a canister? cause I don't think the whisper is doing the job. If so any suggestions as to which will work best? Thanks.
