Hi all,
My 10g tank is at school and I'm going home for Thanksgiving in the next few days. Since I don't want to lug that home for just 5 days, should I buy those feeders?

My only concern is that my Betta fish would continue to eat it until he bursts, as all he does whenever I put a wafer in for my snail is continue eating until I intervene.

I have 8 ghost shrimp, 1 apple snail, 1 betta, and 8 neon tetras.

Anyone have any advice?

IMO no. Fish can go two weeks without food before they starve. Your fish will be fine.

+1 healthy fish can go a surprisingly long time without food. They will be fine without being fed for 5 days. Those vacation feeders will most likely just pollute your tank.
