3 deaths in 2 weeks! :(

Hey ppl. In the past two weeks there have been 3 deaths in my tank, 1st my apple snail, 2nd my bottom feeder, 3rd my black gold fish. I have tested the water and the levels seem to be fine, only the water hardness is very hard. Any ideas as to why they are dying? The rest of the fish seem fine, one of my fish( forgot the type) has a bit of white on his bottom fin, but he is very active.

Any advise is appreciated!

Do they have swim bladder syndrome, check to see if the fish have any disease, change the water.

What test did you use? How long were they in the tank?

Agree, what kind of test are you using? It sounds like strips, and Those are pretty much crap imho. What are the exact parameters?
