4 tiger bars in a 10gal

Nope. Google search it and you will have multiple sources backing up that this is a bad idea. They get three inches and need to be in a group of at least five.
 
I had five in a 10g as a newbie. Had to donate them to a Lfs bc they were Nipping fins pretty bad. Def need more
In a group and a larger tank
 
I once had 8 tiger barbs in a 40 gallon.
They are very active - and stressed out my other fish.

10 gallon is too small imo. They need lots of space.
And, not many fish are compatible with tiger barbs - a smaller tank will limit your stock considerably.
