55 gallon

So I just recently stripped my gravel from my tank and put in a teacup sting ray and it lived for about 2 days and I have no clue why it died but I was wondering if I should get another one or just forget the sting ray thing and move on, and If I should what else should I stick my tank with? .. I have had the tank for a few years with all different kinds of fish

forget it 55 gallons is way too small for a teacup their disc gets 13 inches, the width of your tank
