I'm Thinking of stocking my 55g with the following

2 pairs of Bolivian rams
6 galaxy rasbora
8 harlequin rasbora
8 zebra danio
12 tetra (not sure which yet)
8 corydora (not sure which yet)
1 clown plecostamus

Any comments re overstocking or species selection? The tank will have sand substrate, driftwood, rocks and live plants.

I think you'd be better off having one pair of the rams IMO. You could do this:
1 pair of Bolivian rams
6 galaxy Rasboras
8 zebra danio
12 lemon, cardinal or black neon tetra
8 panda or sterbai Cories
1 clown pleco
And maybe a male DG
:)

Thanks for your comments, I'll check out the tetra and cory species mentioned.

DG? Dwarf gourami? I hadn't thought of one of them. Will it be ok on its own?
