60gal stocking suggestions

Currently in my 2nd tank, 36 gallon Bowfront:

(All Juvi/baby fish)
1x Red Tail Shark
3x Pearl Gourami (1m/2f)
4x Sterbi Cory
5x Mystery snail
3x Nerite Snails

As fish grow will be moving into a 60gallon.

Suggestions for what to add once move up to larger tank?

60gallon will run off of 1 sponge filter & 2x AC70s; be a planted tank with Amazon Swords and Anubias.
