A neat little discovery

I was getting ready to shut down and take apart the grow-out tank that had housed Pseudocrenilabrus Nicholsi fry and noticed that there are tons of cyclops and daphnia in the tank! So now that I am pretty much just going to keep and breed Apistogrammas I will keep the tank running to house the little morsels and feed them to my adults and fry.

I'd just like to know how they got there. I only fed the fry that were in the tank bbs.

i have had a tank spontaneously develop daphnia... who knows how they get there
