Added lava rock without treating.. danger?

Hi, I received some smooth lava rock today. They were fairly clean already but I washed in a bucket of water and scrubbed with a toothbrush before adding to the aquarium.
Now I’m reading I should of boiled or treated with bleach.

Should I remove them or would I have already compromised the tank?
Problem is I glued an anubias to one of the rocks so I can’t really treat that rock now… oops!!

I don’t currently have any fish in the tank. It hasn’t effected water colour.
