adding new fish

i have a 30gal rectangle fresh water tank with a penquin bio filter the bottom of the tank is gravel the fish in the tank areas follows; 2 black tetras 2 aero tetras, 1 spotted placo, 2 cory cats, 3 new guina rainbow, 1 female and 2 male, 1 blood gourami 1 blue gourami , 1 rainbow shark, 1 bala shark, and 1 zebra botta. every body gets along except the rainbow shark seems to chase the other fish, the balo shark especially,but every bodys fins are ok . i have 2 questions 1 should i get rid of the rainbow shark(red fin shark) and 2 i would like to get a neon shark to add to the tank some say its to aggresive some say its fine what do you think

This is probably not what you want to hear, but you're probably going to have to find new homes for the rainbow shark and the Bala. Both of these fish look really cool in the store and at one time, I was tempted to get both. Unfortunately, the rainbow is viciously territorial and the Balas get to be 14 inches long!

I couldn't find any info on the neon shark, but if it is also called the black shark, it too would just be too aggressive and territorial for a 30 gal. sorry.

"Neon" or "Iridescent" shark? Iridescent sharks certinaly exist... I've never heard of the neon sharks. :|
