My wife is in love with them and I was told to get the dwarfs because the full size might eat my fish... Some in my other thread said my cichlids might eat the DAF... Others said they would be fine but I couldn't tell if he was saying the full size frogs or the DAF would be fine.

Any suggestions?

If you're planning on getting ADF'S don't house them with big and agressive fish or else they will be eaten. African clawed frogs get quite big and withh eat fish or at least bite bigger fish. It would be alright to house them with bigger fish as long as they don't bother each other.

What kind of cichlids do you have? The African dwarf frogs will be eaten by all but the smallest dwarf cichlids, and the African clawed frogs (the big guys) will eat any fish under 2½"-3". You may wish to consider setting up a 10 gallon planted tank for a small group of dwarf frogs.
