I have a 20 Gallon long tank, 3 red platys, 4 neon tetras, 2 hatchetfish, 2 dalmation mollies, and 1 otocinclus.

One of the dalmation mollies just started attacking the other, to the point of the other molly having fin damage.

What do I do?

try to separate them, give the one molly a spankin ;) (no seriously dont loll) but yeah, try to separate them,

i dont think it is personally, sounds like its perfectly stocked to me. idk much about hatchetfish though

Sounds like you got either one or two males in there. If you have 2 males, they are gonna fight. They are pretty territorial. If you have only one male, try getting 2 or so more females and he should level out.

Mollies can be punks sometimes. Like Predfan27 said, the males are very territorial, if you cant separate them in different tanks, you can try to add more hiding spaces, plants, such as that. And to the overstocking, definitely not.
