Will an air bubbler affect my water quality in any significant way? Such as pH?

It will provide surface agitation and slight oxygenation to the tank. It will not affect your pH. I'm assuming you're talking about an air stone with an air pump.

Will an air bubbler affect my water quality in any significant way? Such as pH?

Hello Az...

An airstone attached to an air pump and run in the tank will have no affect on the water chemistry other than the flow of very small bubbles might mix a minimal amount of oxygen into the tank water. Just a little agitation on the surface of the water, won't mix much, though.
