Some types of BGA algae is dark red, it's a nasty one to get rid of once it's established. It's harmless to fish but a frustrating fight.

Get rid of all traces of Red algae (aka Black Brush algae) as soon as you see em. It is almost impossible to get rid of once it is established. If it is on an inanimate object, bleach overnight will do the trick. <It is pretty hardy in my experience, a quick bleach dip will not kill it all ... :( >.

It looks like thread and how do I get read of it...anything eat it like my shrimp

Is it the red thread like stuff in the middle of Pic one? I have not see algae that shade of red before, but I suspect all red algae should be treated the same (as they are all the same genus) ... ie eradicate on sight... using 25% bleach if possible.

This is my main reference on fighting red algae:
Control of Red Algae in the Freshwater Aquarium

Unfortunately I don't have good success on fighting my BBA ... so i have no real good advice.
