So im cycling a 10 gal w/ sponge filter, im using ghost feedings, Seachem Stability, and a couple snails.
While i havent hit Nitrites yet i seem to have gotten a bit of an algae bloom and some bio film.
Any ideas on how to clear it up?

I would reduce or eliminate the lighting. Unless you have plants, no real need for it at this point.
Do note that the amount of beneficial bacteria that will develop is dependent on the amount of ammonia produced by the current inhabitants. As you add fish (assuming that is what will eventually be in this tank), you should do this over a period of time and not all at once.

Ya ive got plants, ive cut the light for 24hrs and did a 50% water change.. then had it on for 4 hours yesterday and it came right back.
