Algae Bloom problem

I don't know how to fix this, I already did a 50% water change so this is what it looks like now! My fish store said to do a black out any other ideas?

Black out should take care if it. Once it clears I wouldn't run lights anymore than 6-8 hours a day.

Black out, cut back on feedings, get a UV clarifier. It wouldn't need to be an expensive one, just one that will kill algae spores.
