I never really looked at the bottom of my fish tank. Last night I did and there was so much alage on the bottom. Should i try to clean it off or leave it alone? The tank is next to windows.

Hello ska...

Some algae is a good thing. It helps filter the nitrogen from the tank water. Some is unavoidable. I only scrape it from the front glass and let it grow on the other sides.
