Aquarium Advice Freak
I have a 55g tank with a wet/dry capable for a 75g tank. Pc lighting (220w) power head and in it I have a sand substrate and about 6 decent size rocks. I have 4 danios and 2 tiger barbs. After 5 weeks of cycling I introduced the fish. A week later I started to notice some brown algae but not enough to worry about. Well now it's taking over my tank. They are fed twice a day, flake food. Why the algae? Too much lighting? How do I get rid of it?
